This exists because I needed it myself.

For years I built a career while quietly struggling with something I didn't yet have language for: the constant effort it took to focus, start tasks, manage overwhelm, and keep up.

Like many women, I was late-diagnosed with ADHD. Before that, I blamed myself. I assumed I was lazy, undisciplined, or just not trying hard enough.

The truth was simpler: my brain was working differently, and I was burning myself out trying to force it to fit a system it wasn't designed for.

Today, I bring together lived experience, professional wellbeing training, and ADHD-informed coaching to support women doing important work — while quietly fighting their brains.
